Terms of Service

GliaKit is made and sold by UI Forge (Dejan Veljanoski). These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of GliaKit. By buying or using the product you agree to them — and to the license, which covers what you may build with the kit.

The product

GliaKit is a digital product: a Next.js boilerplate, a Figma design system, and AI rules files, sold as a one-time purchase (no subscription). What each tier includes is listed on the pricing section at the time of purchase.

Purchases and delivery

Payments are processed by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record — they handle checkout, receipts, and applicable taxes such as VAT. We never see or store your card details. Access to the download, repository, and Figma source is delivered digitally, immediately after payment, to the email you purchase with. If anything fails to arrive, email us and we’ll fix it.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If GliaKit isn’t what you expected, email dejan@uiforge.designwithin 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, by completing a purchase you consent to instant delivery; this guarantee is how we honour your right to change your mind.

Updates and support

Every purchase includes lifetime updates to the product you bought: improvements and fixes ship to your original access and are listed on the changelog. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product — for as long as GliaKit is maintained and sold. We don’t promise specific future features. Support is provided by email at dejan@uiforge.design; the Ship tier gets priority.

Third-party services

The boilerplate integrates optional third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Prisma, Resend, and similar). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and pricing — they are not part of this purchase, and we’re not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the product or this website unlawfully, and don’t circumvent purchase or access controls. The license defines what you may do with the kit itself.

Warranty and liability

GliaKit is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it excellent, but we don’t warrant that it is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes apply to purchases made after they’re published.
