Privacy Policy

GliaKit is made by UI Forge (Dejan Veljanoski). This policy explains what data we handle when you visit this site or buy the product. The honest summary: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell any of it.

Browsing this site

There are no accounts and no advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — it sets its own cookies and collects usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) under Google’s privacy policy. We use it only in aggregate, to see what’s worth improving. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure may process standard technical logs (IP address, request time, user-agent) to serve and secure the site — as any web host does.

When you buy

Checkout is handled by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record. They collect what a purchase legally requires — your name, email, country, and payment details — under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address and order information, and use them for exactly three things: delivering your purchase, sending update notifications for the product you bought, and support.

Email

Purchase-related email (delivery, receipts, product updates) is transactional. We don’t send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and anything optional includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share data with

Only the processors needed to run the product: our payment provider (checkout and tax), our hosting provider (this site), a transactional email service (delivery and updates), and Google Analytics (aggregate site usage). Each processes data on our behalf for those purposes only. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it with advertisers — there aren’t any.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your lifetime updates and to meet accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (where no legal obligation requires keeping it). Email dejan@uiforge.designand we’ll respond promptly. If you’re in the EU/EEA, these correspond to your GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
